This quilt was a long labour of love for my best buddy Lizzie. She loved this range of fabrics and I put them together with a two block pattern. Two blocks together can make a secondary pattern that makes the quilt look more complicated than it actually is. I love hand quilting so undertook to hand quilt this for Lizzie – hmmmmmm not a quick process but the important thing is she loves it and that is why we make quilts. 68” x 68”
