Designed by Helen Stubbings of Hugs ‘n Kisses, the Mary Mary Block of the Month Quilt brings together embroidery, appliqué, and gentle machine piecing using her signature EasyAPP turned-edge appliqué method.
The Quilt design blends soft, nostalgic florals with whimsical stitchery, perfect for makers who enjoy slow stitching with a modern, easy-prep method.
Stitches Used: Back stitch, Satin stitch, Detached Chain, French knots, Colonial knots
This quilt features Helen’s newest fabric collection, Molly & May, created with Two Green Zebras under the Devonstone Collection brand. A celebration of soft florals and charming small prints. Inspired by vintage beauty, Helen Stubbings presents a sweetly feminine palette of gentle duck egg blues, serene greens, blush pinks, and calming greys.

The fabric kits included a printed stitchery panel with 16 designs. Only 8 are required for the BOM quilt. They will be designing and offering other smaller projects that the remaining stitcheries can also be used in.
